• c. Showing fake ChainTechSource certifications/authority letters and claiming to be Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency investment experts.

• d. Present yourself as a representative of ChainTechSource and provide cryptocurrency trading, recovery, and investment services.

• e. Use your affiliation with us as your credentials to engage in any fraudulent or unlawful actions aimed at defrauding other persons or organizations.

12. If You Engage in Any Restricted Activities, We May Take the Following Actions

If we have reasonable grounds to believe you have engaged in any Restricted Activities, we may, at our sole discretion, take a number of steps to protect Blockchain Council, its customers, and others.

We may take a variety of steps, including but not limited to

• a. Preventing you from accessing or using ChainTechSource's resources.

• b. Your ChainTechSource account will be suspended without prior warning.

• c. Certificate licenses given to you will be revoked without a reimbursement.

• d. Inform our partners and other organizations who have been impacted as a result of your prohibited actions about your illegal conduct.

• e. Make a formal complaint about you to the appropriate legal and law enforcement authorities.
