At ChainTechSource privacy is paramount. We understand the importance of safeguarding personal information held on our servers or network, or that is intended to be stored on our servers or network. We have made protecting the privacy and confidentiality of Personal Data, which is any information belonging to an identified or identifiable natural person, sometimes referred to as a data subject, a core component of the way we do business.

1. Collection of Personal Data

We collect the following information when you use or use the Services

    We collect information about the device you use to access your accounts, such as the hardware model, operating system and version, and unique device identifiers, but this data is anonymized and unrelated to you.

  • iii. Wallet Information

    If you use our Services to establish a blockchain wallet, you'll get a public and private key pair. We collect an encrypted file when you log out of the Wallet that, if unencrypted, would contain these keys as well as your transaction history. We will collect the unencrypted public key when you enable alerts in your Account Settings so that we can send you notifications. We will never ask you for an unencrypted private key, and we will never be able to decode any Wallet file data

  • iv. Transaction Information

    We may collect and keep information on transactions you make in your Wallet that convert one virtual currency to another in accordance with our Conversion Service, as specified in our User Agreement (e.g., Bitcoin for Ether).

    We may collect information from you in order to comply with regulatory responsibilities related to know-your-customer (“KYC”) and anti-money laundering (“AML”) regulations, depending on the Service. The following is a list of the types of information we collect from you.

    A public blockchain may be used to record funding and transaction information linked to your use of certain Services. Public blockchains are distributed ledgers that are designed to record transactions in an immutable manner over large networks of computer systems. Many blockchains are vulnerable to forensic analysis, which can result in deanonymization and the unintended disclosure of private financial data, particularly when blockchain data is paired with other data.

    We are unable to delete, edit, or alter personal data from blockchains since they are decentralized or third-party networks that are not controlled or administered by ChainTechSource or its affiliates.

4. Security of Personal Data

We use adequate physical, technological, and organizational safeguards and security measures to secure Personal Data. Your Personal Data is sent to us over the internet, which determines its own routes and ways for transmitting data from one point to another. We conduct frequent audits of our procedures and security measures to ensure that they are being properly implemented and that they remain effective and suitable.

To protect Personal Data, every member of ChainTechSource is committed to our privacy rules and processes. Our site has security procedures in place to protect the information in our control from loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration. Our server, in particular, uses TLS (Transport Layer Security) security protection to encrypt your Personal Data while it travels over the internet, preventing individuals from accessing it.

5. Retention of Personal Data
